Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as "these Terms") set forth the conditions of use for the services provided by Negishi Jimpei (hereinafter referred to as "the Provider") through this application (hereinafter referred to as "the Service"). Registered users (hereinafter referred to as "Users") shall use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

1 Application

These Terms shall apply to all aspects of the relationship between Users and the Provider regarding the use of the Service.

2 Paid Plan

Pricing and Payment Methods

The Pro Plan is an auto-renewable subscription currently offered on the iOS version through Apple App Store in-app purchases. The displayed price, billing cycle, and any applicable taxes or fees are governed by the information shown by Apple.

Billing Period

For annual subscriptions, the fee for each billing period is charged at the start of that period. If a free trial or introductory discount period is shown, it will automatically renew at the regular price after that period ends unless you cancel.

Cancellation, Withdrawal, and Subscription Stop

This App does not have an account registration feature. Please cancel the subscription from your Apple ID subscription settings. If you cancel, you can continue using the paid features until the end of the already paid billing period. Once a valid subscription can no longer be confirmed, Pro features will stop being provided.

Post-Cancellation Data

Because this App does not have an account registration feature, there is no automatic data deletion through an account cancellation flow. SQLite data stored on the device and backup/sync data may remain on the device or storage destination even after the subscription ends.

Refunds

We do not provide prorated or monthly prorated refunds for mid-term cancellations. Refund eligibility, procedures, and decisions are subject to the terms and refund policies of Apple.

3 Affiliate Links

  1. The item detail screens in this app contain purchase links to external shopping sites (Amazon, Rakuten, etc.).
  2. Some of these links are provided through affiliate programs (Amazon Associates, Rakuten Affiliate, etc.) in which the Provider participates.
  3. If a User purchases products through these links, the Provider may receive a referral commission.
  4. No additional charges are incurred by Users through the use of affiliate links.
  5. The Provider assumes no responsibility for any issues related to product purchases, payments, shipping, returns, etc. Such matters are governed by the respective shopping site's terms of service.

4 Disclaimer

  1. The Provider does not warrant, either expressly or implicitly, that the Service is free from defects in fact or in law (including defects relating to safety, reliability, accuracy, completeness, effectiveness, fitness for a particular purpose, security, errors, bugs, or infringement of rights).
  2. The disaster preparedness lists generated by this app are reference information based on data published by the Cabinet Office and local governments. They do not guarantee that all supplies needed in an actual disaster are covered. The list contents are only general guidelines and may not account for user-specific circumstances such as regional characteristics, individual health conditions, or pet ownership.
  3. The Provider assumes no responsibility for damages arising from insufficient stockpiles, expiry date management errors, or any other issues related to the use of this app. Final decisions and implementation of disaster preparedness measures are the sole responsibility of the User.

5 Changes to Terms

The Provider may change these Terms when deemed necessary. The revised Terms take effect when they are posted on this website or within the Service.
